Where we come from

Finding interesting and appropriate assignments frequently proves to be a challenging task, as we learned from our years of experience in IT consulting. Jobs and assignments are dispersed over numerous websites and platforms, job descriptions are often vague or lacking in detail, and a well-crafted profile is swiftly reduced to just another email address that can be added to the recruiters’ general mailing list.

Recruiters post their Job Offers through our proprietary intuitive interface. Each Job is registered with clear requirements in a detailed structure. This allows us to match instantly with qualified candidates. SkillStorm offers recruiters a clear and in-depth overview of their job listings.

Candidates

Candidates create a free account to list their skills and job requirements. No flat list of keywords, but a structured representation of your job criteria. Once registered, candidates get an instant overview of those Job Offers that match their requirements and get notified when new Job Offers are published.
